Sparklist provides many different technical support resources, some of which are specific to the version of ListManager software running on the server that hosts your email list.
As such, when you use these support resources, we may ask you to indicate which version of ListManager your list runs on; if you don't know, we can help you figure it out.
Identify Your ListManager Version
To determine which version of ListManager runs on your server, you need to know the name of the Sparklist server on which your email list is hosted.
After submitting the form below, you'll be directed to the appropriate support page. If you don't know your server's name, please ask us directly.
